Jacob’s Justice
Dale has always been a fan of legal thrillers. In his novel, Jacob’s Justice, Dale got to write his own legal thriller which involved a medical trial for a horrific error resulting in a comatose patient, and a criminal trial of the plaintiff’s husband after the doctor is found murdered.
Dark Obsession
Dale tried the first case in the U.S. where a child sued a parent for sexual abuse. It resulted in a $10,000,000 verdict. This resulted in Dale and his client appearing on Larry King Live in Washington D.C. to discuss the case. The author, Peter Meyer, in his captivating book, Dark Obsession, captured the background and trial of this groundbreaking case. The book was published in four languages.
